GT vs ND

After a long layoff yours truly is BACK. Folks you heard it here first...DONT BE SURPRISED TO SEE GT BEAT ND tonight. GT really plays well the first game of the year, just ask Auburn a few years ago when they were ranked 3rd. I believe if Ball, Choice, and Johnson can play well on offense, the unproven GT defense can hopefully limit the ND big plays. ND will also have to deal with the fumes coming out of the ole Model T, leading the Jackets on the field.

You gotta love Weiss, but look at Willingham 1st year and then his second.

As much as I would like to see GT win, even though you do pull for them [img]/LDPforum/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] I believe ND will pull it out by 14.

GT does have the talent, I just don't know about the coaching.

The question is, have the ND players been reading their own press clippings? Everyone from Joe All-American on ESPN to Joe Six-Pack in Banner have been touting ND as a potential MNC team.

I like ND by 10 tonight. Could be much much worse, could be closer.

We'll see right away if ND's pass coverage is up to snuff for a Ntnl Title contender. Calvin Johnson could have a monster night, although Charlie has had several months to prepare for him.

ND's defense doesn't look that much improved.. I know it's early in the game/season... but come on.. they aren't doing anything different from last year.. if u want to be notre dame, pass pass pass..
